Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
I, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject," freely, voluntarily, in my own interest, and with full awareness and explicit intent, provide this informed, specific, and unambiguous consent pursuant to Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), for the processing of my personal data by the joint-stock company "GBK Group" (TIN: 9725093680, OGRN: 1227700527581, located at: 109240, Taganskaya Square, 88, Building 1, Floor 2/XIII, Room 6) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
This consent applies to the personal data I provide by filling out web forms on the website https://gbk-group.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), submitted or completed using the Website.
By personal data, I mean any information relating to me as the Data Subject, the processing of which I hereby consent to, including:

- • Email Address;
The processing of my personal data shall be carried out exclusively for the following purposes: registration of the Data Subject and subsequent communication with them, sending messages, notifications, informational and news updates, and responding to inquiries submitted through feedback forms on the Website.
I hereby permit the Operator to carry out both automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transmission (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The date of consent to the processing of personal data is the date of submission of the registration web form via the Website https://gbk-group.com/.

The Operator has the right to send such notifications of an informational or promotional nature in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 "On Advertising."
The Data Subject may opt out of receiving such notifications at any time by notifying the Operator via a written request in any form, sent to info@gbk-group.com.
