La Belle Maison: Neoclassical elegance in detail
La Belle Maison high-end apartment house represents a unique ode to architectural harmony, where classical style meets modern artistry. The neoclassical building embodies the ideal of elegance, keeping the balance between monumentality and grace. Seven floors pointing upwards emphasize the status of the project, and individual decorative elements on its facade turn it into a piece of art.
The basis of the architectural concept is the use of luxury materials: the facade is covered with natural stone having a delicate texture, which is combined with lightweight polymer concrete, creating a contrast between solidity and lightness. Highlights in oxidized metal - forged lattices, cornices and frames - add graphic expressiveness to the facade resonating with traditional neoclassical themes.
Special attention is paid to the windows: frames and glazing bars are made to individual drafts emphasizing facade rhythmic nature. Arched openings, stucco decoration and symmetrical lines refer to European architecture of the 18th century, but reinterpreted through a modern aesthetic prism. Every detail is thoroughly analyzed to create an entire vision. Here architecture communicates through eternal beauty where each line refers to traditions and each element is a step into the future.
The project accomplished key challenges:
— to emphasize the exclusivity of the club format through the unique architectural design;
— to integrate modern materials keeping the spirit of Classic;
— to create a facade that becomes a landmark for its residents.

Privacy Residence: architecture at an ages' intersection
This residence building stands as a dialog between the past and the present, where the mysterious esthetics of antiquity is interlaced with modern technology.
The architecture inspired by Medieval style features no direct historical references, but retains a romantic spirit: lancet windows, tower elements and facade complex texture create an image that balances mysticism and simplicity.
Three storeys built of natural stone and polymer concrete combine monumentality and lightness. Individual window frames with tracery glazing bars and decorative forged details add graphic expressiveness to the facade, while metal structures for balconies and parapets introduce an industrial accent. The materials are chosen for contrast: the rough texture of stone plays against the smooth polymer concrete surface creating a play of light and shadow.
The project avoids stylization, but utilizes historical shapes through the prism of modernity: for example, pointed gables are simplified to abstract lines, and “gothic” arches are transformed into concise gantries. The interior layout is designed for comfort: high ceilings and a fireplace area despite facades' visual complexity.
Project key challenges:
— to create a unique architectural design avoiding direct historical references;
— to combine the durability of natural materials with the lightness of modern solutions.
It's not just a residence - it's a place where time slows down and every element of the facade serves as a reminder that beauty is born at opposites' intersection.

St. George Health Center: Modernism in harmony with care
St. George Health Center is an architectural symbol of cutting-edge medicine, where the aesthetics of modernism serves functionality and comfort. An eight-storey building embodying lines purity and shapes simplicity is an island of tranquility in the city rush. Its unique arched structure repeated in its facades and interiors creates a dynamic effect that is both calming and inspiring.
Contrasts became the basis of the architectural solution: polymer concrete with its matte texture is combined with cold metal gloss and glass transparency, and natural stone adds natural warmth to the entrance group. The arched elements referring to classical architecture are reconceptualized through a Modernist prism - without any excesses, but full of expressiveness.
Large windows integrated into the arched structures fill the space with natural light, while facades' strict geometry emphasizes the professional approach to medicine.
The project accomplished key challenges:
— to create a recognizable architectural design reflecting contemporary and trustworthy healthcare facility;
— to combine durable materials with an aesthetic to reduce anxiety and build confidence;
— to use the arched rhythm pattern to symbolize the cyclical nature of health and recovery.
